For the past 35 seasons, Coach Shirley has led the Rams to 732 victories, accumulating over a 70 percent winning percentage.

This past season, Coach Shirley and the Rams were crowned Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Champions, compiling a 16-0 conference record and a 32-2 overall record, ultimately making it to the NCAA Division 2 East Region Finals.
