Emotional Intelligence: What is it and how do we help our athletes achieve it?
A former member of Merion Mercy Academy and University of Pennsylvania’s Women’s Basketball teams, Coach Finegan is part of both programs 1000 point club. She started her coaching career in 2013 as the Head basketball Coach at Waldron Mercy Academy. She soon added coaching positions at Narberth Summer League, Lower Merion Storm, Germantown Friends, Springside-Chestnut Hill Academy, and Lower Merion HS. After receiving their M. Ed. in Positive Coach and Athletic Leadership, She founded her own company “Positive Coaching and Leadership Group”. We are very happy to have Coach Finegan speak at this year’s conference.
