Jillian Green Loughran
Jillian brings over 10 years of experience coaching, training, developing, and implementing programs within the competitive sport and sports-based youth development spaces. She is a skilled trainer and facilitator with core competencies in trauma-informed coaching, best practices when coaching girls, youth development, and nonprofit management.
Prior to her work with CHJS, Jillian oversaw the implementation of sports-based youth development programming at DREAM (formerly known as Harlem RBI) and most recently at Philly Girls in Motion where she served as the Executive Director. She has also coached high school softball and basketball.
Jillian holds an M.A. in International Relations and an M.P. A. with a focus in Nonprofit Management. She has also completed leadership training at the Columbia University Business School. She has a special interest in increasing access to high-quality programming for girls, particularly in Philadelphia, where she resides with her husband and two children.
